Pickup and Shipping

The option for "Local Pickup" or "Shipped" will appear at checkout under "shipping/pickup methods."  Here's how each of them work.

 

In-Store Pickup (free)

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Items can be picked up Monday-Saturday from 10am - 9pm or Sunday 11am - 6pm. When you arrive, come to the counter, tell us the name the order is under and we'll hand you your order.

Shipping ($10 flat rate)

We provide a $10 flat rate shipping for all orders. You will receive a tracking number after we have shipped your order. We will do our best to fulfill orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times will vary based on your location.

*Please note we do not ship international.

**We do NOT accept mailed returns.

 

Return Policy

All items purchased from our online store may be returned. Item must be returned in store (Plato's Closet East Lansing) within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn with tags attached and receipt for full refund. Once the return is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. Items must be returned in-store to the same location of purchase.

*Shipped items may only be returned in-store, we do not accept mailed returns.
